We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience celebrating family member’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, and the friendly, welcoming staff made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast. The spread was extensive, with a fantastic variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the team’s willingness to accommodate special requests, ensuring that everyone in the family could enjoy their breakfast just the way they liked it. A special thank you to Chef Sheikh and his team for going above and beyond to make our mornings so enjoyable. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication truly made a difference. The waterpark access was another major highlight, especially for the children. It was a wonderful addition to our stay and provided hours of fun and entertainment for the whole family. Having such a fantastic facility easily accessible made the experience even more enjoyable and renting the cabana was the best! We were also impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout the hotel. Everyone we encountered was approachable, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Overall, this was a wonderful family experience, combining excellent service, delicious food, great facilities, and warm hospitality. We left with lovely memories and would happily recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We look forward to returning for another memorable stay!

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and honestly it couldn't have been a better trip. We were on the all inclusive package and that gave us access to eat at all the restaurants across the entire property, all the pools, bars etc. Special shout out to Peter from reception who made us feel welcomed right from the beginning. Pankuj from Horizon Pool, Bharat from Mare, Raj, Andres, Izzy, Wii and Christina from Farrago. The whole team made our stay extra special. The negative side though was there was construction on the marina right outside our room and they were working 24hrs which meant we were woken up a few times overnight to banging from the building site. The all inclusive only starts at 3pm and we arrived at 9am meaning we had to wait before getting into our room or accessing anything through our package. The fridge in our room also wasn't very cold which meant we were drinking room temp water and in the heat it's not really ideal. Other than that we had a wonderful trip and would definitely go back... once the construction is finished.
Beautiful hotel, but be careful when booking a "Sea View" room. The W Dubai - Mina Seyahi is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and lovely rooms. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating and put a dampener on what was meant to be a special birthday trip. We paid extra for a Premier Deluxe King Room with Sea View - High Floor specifically because we wanted an unobstructed sea view and hoped to avoid overlooking the ongoing construction work nearby. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the Marina side where the "sea view" was effectively blocked by surrounding buildings and construction. We had researched the area before travelling and were aware of the ongoing construction nearby, which is precisely why we paid extra for a sea-view high-floor room rather than a Marina-facing room. When we raised the issue, the front desk advised that a "Sea View High Floor" booking only guarantees a room on the 20th floor or above and does not guarantee an unobstructed sea view. If that is the hotel's interpretation of this room category, I believe it should be made much clearer during the booking process. Guests paying a premium for a sea-view room would reasonably expect to have a meaningful view of the sea. The situation became quite stressful and unnecessarily confrontational at reception, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with on my birthday. We were initially offered a room in the neighbouring sister hotel, which we were taken to view but did not feel was suitable. Only after we continued to explain our concerns did the hotel upgrade us to a Premier Deluxe Corner King Room with Sea View, which provided the unobstructed sea view we had expected from the start. Once the room issue was resolved, the remainder of our stay was excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning. However, the misleading nature of the room description and the stressful check-in process overshadowed the start of what should have been a special occasion. Until the room descriptions are clarified, my advice to future guests is to confirm exactly what type of sea view their room offers. Guests paying a premium for a sea-view high-floor category would reasonably expect an unobstructed view, and the hotel should make any potential restrictions much clearer during the booking process. This is a beautiful property, but greater transparency around room categories would help ensure guests receive the experience they reasonably expect when paying for a specific view.
Amazing interior room designs every corner well detailed with high style furniture & decorative items like Moroccan colorful hanging lights. Interesting Arabic calligraphy wall art. Comfortable very clean beds. Coffee pods machine & tea station with a mini bar corner. No need to carry converters, usb outlets available in room. Bathroom is spacious with a tub & standing rain shower. Balcony view of the port is beautiful especially at sunset.
Given the current situation, it was understandable that the hotel appeared understaffed. However, the team on duty managed operations impressively well. From the moment we arrived, the valet team handled a high volume of cars efficiently, ensuring smooth service. During check-in, there was a queue, but it was managed by a single staff member who handled the situation with professionalism and grace. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which set a positive tone for our stay. The room itself was fresh, modern, and excellent—truly reflecting one of the best hotel products in Dubai. For dinner, we visited Sui Mui, the Pan Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, as we arrived close to closing time, the staff was not very accommodating and suggested in-room dining instead. Since my family was keen on Pan Asian cuisine, we chose to dine there but had to rush through our meal within 15 minutes, which affected the experience. Breakfast at Ginger Moon was excellent, with a wide spread. Despite being crowded, the staff and chefs managed everything efficiently. The pool, beach, and overall resort facilities were perfect. My child had a wonderful time, which made the stay even more memorable. The icing on the cake was the late checkout, which allowed us to fully enjoy the amenities without any rush and conclude our stay comfortably.
