Great hotel with good amenities and incredibly hospitable staff
At check in we were treated incredibly warmly. Any request we had was always tried to be met with care and urgency.
The room would be cleaned twice a day. Yusuf did an impeccable job helping us to try and stay organised in our room.
Valet was always quick and front desk incredibly helpful.
I would definitely recommend others to stay here too. Great amenities, hospitality and very clean.
We had a wonderful family stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Special thanks to Rohan, Kaung and Sudhan. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely fresh scent throughout. Breakfast was great, especially the french toast and eggs. A special thank you for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!
Our recent stay at voco Bonnington Dubai was absolutely worth it! We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.
A special thanks to Mr. Sudhan at the front desk for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly accommodating and surprised us with an upgraded Premium Room with a beautiful view. He made sure we had a wonderful stay and even allowed us a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which we really appreciated.
We'd also like to thank Kong for his excellent service during breakfast. He was very attentive, and helpful, making our mornings even more enjoyable.
Overall, all the staff were warm, professional, and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The room was fine, though notably a bit dated, and the location is decent. However, the service overall—from reception to the rest of the staff—was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast and dinner teams are lovely, super attentive, and always ready to help. In the mornings, whenever I was in a rush and asked for something extra, they brought it out super fast, which I truly appreciated. Dinner was also really good. I want to give a special shout-out to Loynal, one of the waiters—anytime he served me, the service was even more exceptional. A huge thank you to him and the restaurant team!
My friend and I had a wonderful birthday celebration at Voco Bonnington Hotel JLT, an excellent choice, it is!! Many thanks to the front desk team, especially Mr. Rahid, Mr. Sudhan, Moaz, and Ginelle, for the smooth check-in & check-out and excellent assistance. We loved the great location, room upgrade, amazing view and the thoughtful birthday surprise with balloons, towel arrangement and a cute cake, I love it so muuuuuch!!!!
We also enjoyed the pool experience, special thanks to Ms. Ester for her warm hospitality and food recommendations, Mr. Regan for being so attentive throughout our time at the pool and to Loynal at the Authors Lounge for the outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely visit again! 😊
