My friend and I spent the day as day guests. We had a lovely experience. The staff are warm and very helpful. Good variety of food choices on the menu. Mohammed Mujtaba was especially helpful. The pool is huge and we didn't feel cramped even though there were many guests using the facilities. More change rooms with shower facilities need to be made available. Otherwise we had an amazing time.

Amazing experience at Vida Creek Harbour, and a huge shoutout to Nader! Honestly one of the best shisha guys I’ve had in Dubai. He was super friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The shisha was incredibly smooth, full of flavour, and perfectly prepared. Nader really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Excellent service, great energy, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Definitely ask for Nader if you come here — 10/10 service. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
I had a great experience with Mustafa during my stay. He was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out and made everything smooth and easy. He clearly explained all the room details and hotel facilities in a very professional and friendly way. He also assisted with my luggage and went the extra mile by helping me arrange a rental car. His service was excellent, and his attitude was very welcoming and respectful. Truly appreciated his support and hospitality. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of staying in the Vida Creek Beach Hotel for the first time and for seven nights in May 2026. The hotel is beautiful nestled in the Dubai Creek Harbour Area, within a complex of residential buildings and commercial outlets (restaurants and coffee shops). The architecture of the hotel is very esthetic and welcoming. The moment I stepped in I was well taken care and greeted warmly. Special Kudos to Mr. Ibrahim at the Reception Desk, who did an excellent and efficient job and I could feel that he truly enjoyed what he is doing. My assigned room was perfect in size, very nicely decorated, with all amenities required and a balcony overlooking the pool and Lagoon. I had requested for a quiet room, which got fulfilled with a room at the end of the corridor! Cleaning of the room was spotless and always discreet. Thanks to Suresh and his Team! The Lagoon is for sure a unique feature of the hotel but I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the Courtyard. Overall a true experience of the modern Dubai with Arabian hospitality. Absolutely recommended.
