My first time staying here and I faced Worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional service and severely outdated rooms. Upon check-in, the receptionist named Oumaima tried to asked me to pay a ridiculous deposit equal to the full room rate (700 AED). When I questioned this unreasonable demand, she showed zero flexibility. It was only after I got furious and demanded an immediate cancellation that she suddenly decided to talk to her manager. First, she tried to bargain by lowering it to 500 AED, and when I still refused, she magically waived the entire deposit! Why play these shady mind games with guests? Why stress customers out until the last second before doing the right thing? To make matters worse, the room quality is an absolute joke for what they charge. The place feels dark, cheap, and outdated—more like a sketchy motel than a proper hotel. You literally have to drag the heavy curtains by hand, unlike modern, truly high-class hotels in Dubai like Paramount where everything is automated and actually worth the price. Unprofessional front desk staff like Oumaima, deceptive deposit tricks, and substandard rooms. Do not waste your money here—stay somewhere else.

Service, staff, and room — all worth it. The staff were welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out, and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Great value for the price. Will definitely come back! Special mention to their housekeeping ( a guy ) he is very kind and caring.I try to find him and say thank you but I cant find him. Also,their coffee based drinks taste good better than some of well known brand😊

The happy hour on the 30th floor was nothing short of extraordinary — an elevated experience in every sense, combining breathtaking views with a vibrant and luxurious ambiance. A truly special highlight of our stay was the anniversary cake, which was absolutely mouthwatering and beautifully crafted. Our heartfelt thanks to the Pastry Chef for creating such a delightful and memorable centerpiece — it added a perfect, personal touch to our celebration. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for Diamond Members. The Executive Lounge is an absolute must-visit and truly sets the experience apart with its exclusivity and exceptional service. Every interaction reflected dedication, pride, and a genuine commitment to excellence. It is rare to experience such consistency in service, and it truly made our anniversary stay unforgettable.
