Great stay at TIME Onyx Hotel Apartments! Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. Special thanks to Md Easin and Roneef for their great service, cleaning, and helpful attitude. They did an excellent job and made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at Foodio in TIME Onyx Hotel Apartments! The breakfast spread is super rich and delicious. What impresses me most is their outstanding service—since I have to hurry off to work almost every weekday, the staff are always so helpful and kindly package my breakfast to go. Plus, when I order food on regular days, they deliver it straight to my room quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a great variety of options and excellent taste.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly, polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing, which made the whole dining experience even better.
A special thanks to Abdul Jalil, Chef Suraya, and Manager Ms. Cathy for their excellent hospitality and for making my visit so pleasant and memorable. Their dedication and friendly attitude truly made a difference.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the food, service, staff, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service. I’m looking forward to visiting again! ❤️🍽️
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Time Onyx Hotel Apartment! The property is spotless, modern, and in a great location. A huge thank you to Ms abby for being incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our trip. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"
I recently stayed at the Time Onyx Hotel Apartment, and it was an absolute pleasure. The property itself is pristine, modern, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart is the stellar customer service.
A special shoutout to John at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he handled my check-in with absolute professionalism, efficiency, and elite communication skills. In fact, he was so good at his job that for a fleeting moment, I genuinely wondered if he secretly owned the hotel. If he doesn’t yet, management might want to look into that.
It is rare to find hospitality staff who are both exceptionally professional and naturally charismatic. John is a fantastic asset to the Time Onyx team, and he made my stay memorable before I even made it to my room.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!
