I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service provided during my stay. Every member of your team went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable.
I would like to extend a special thanks to:
Golden & Dawood (Housekeeping Team): For their outstanding service, prompt response, and incredible attention to detail.
Mr. Amjad (Restaurant Team): For his wonderful hospitality, warm welcome, and superb service at the restaurant.
Your team’s dedication and warm care made all the difference. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment. I look forward to returning soon!
The hotel service was incredible all around! My family and I stayed 8 days here and had a great time. We stayed at a beach view hotel room that was on par with any other 5 star hotel here in Dubai (clean, spacious, and comfortable). The beach was a bit rocky but it was still lovely.
Upon arriving at this hotel, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Ms. Umaima, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.
The restaurant staff at Vibe were truly exceptional. Their friendly demeanour and impeccable service made for a wonderful dining experience. A huge thank you to the manager, Mr. Amgad, for leading such an incredible team. Special shoutouts to Samir, Radhwan, Caroline, Yessine, Haithem, Thelma, Ghizlane, Anita, Ali Khan, and the entire staff for their outstanding service!
Housekeeping also regularly checked in to see if we needed any additional water bottles, coffee, etc and helped keep our room incredibly clean. Thank you Yangchen for doing a great job!

I had an excellent stay at MGallery The Retreat Palm Dubai. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with any request. The management also deserves special recognition for being professional, flexible, and making every effort to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers everything you could need in one place, including a fantastic spa and a well-equipped gym, making it perfect for both relaxation and wellness. The breakfast was extraordinary, with an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality food that catered to different tastes.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I received a very warm welcome and throughout my stay every member of staff was friendly, professional and genuinely caring. What really stood out was how staff would always stop to say hello whenever you passed them and were consistently willing to help with anything you needed.
My room was immaculate, spacious and equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a great size and offered the most perfect view, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
The facilities were excellent, particularly the pool and private beach, both of which were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel’s focus on wellbeing and relaxation is evident in every aspect of the guest experience.
What made my stay even more memorable was that I was celebrating my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond by leaving a lovely surprise in my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. It was also wonderful to receive birthday wishes from the staff, which made the occasion feel extra special.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The level of service is truly beyond five stars and the staff are an absolute credit to the property. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding hospitality, this is the perfect choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.
