Overall, the whole experience was amazing.
Staff were really attentive and made the whole experience of celebrating my birthday even better!
Special thanks to reception staff on both days! Tank, Jela & Ja at checkout and the very kind Mahish & Hazel at checkin; who called the next day wishing me a pleasant birthday after checkout.
Had a wonderful experience at H Hotel Dubai. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out. A special thank you to Hayzel at the front desk for her warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional assistance throughout our stay. Her friendly attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

We stayed at H Hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. The front office team was always helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. They made our stay smooth and comfortable.
The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean, and the F&B team was also friendly and professional throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Noble for helping us with our luggage. His smile, together with the warm welcome from his team, made us feel comfortable from the first day. Their kindness really touched our hearts and made our stay memorable.
Thank you to everyone at H Hotel. We look forward to staying here again on our next business trip.
We had a lovely time at the hotel and would definitely come back. The hotel is well situated to many atractions.
Even though some areas are under renovation we have been looked after very well and all our needs and expectations have been met. We rented 3 rooms and all rooms were great size, modern, with comfortable beds and with lovely views. We also enjoyed great breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Special thanks to Mr Ghaith Altahhan and all his team for looking after us and making sure all is well. My family and myself are very grateful for that.
I would also like to mention the spa services as they were very good and I would 100% recommend trying them out.
Thank you once more and hopefully we can come back in near future.
