The Canvas Dubai - Mgallery Hotel Collection

Overall, a very good hotel with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The facilities are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Most of the options were Indian dishes, with limited variety for guests who prefer other types of breakfast. The restaurant was also quite crowded, especially during breakfast hours, so you might have to wait a few minutes to find a table. Fortunately, the waiting time wasn’t too long, and the restaurant staff were helpful. If you’re not a fan of Indian food for breakfast, I would recommend booking a room without breakfast included. One more thing worth mentioning is that the roads leading to the hotel are often congested, so getting to and from the hotel can take longer than expected. Apart from these points, I had a pleasant stay.

I had an excellent experience at The Canvas Dubai. From the moment I made my reservation, the staff communicated with me in a very professional, friendly, and helpful manner, even before I arrived at the hotel. Throughout my stay, the entire team was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to thank Abdulghani at the reception, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. He made me feel very welcomed and ensured that everything went smoothly. The level of customer service was truly impressive, and the staff’s attention to detail made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Canvas Dubai and would definitely stay here again.

Everyone knows how hot Dubai's weather is🌅, but the moment you enter this hotel, everything is solved. Comfortable place, cool atmosphere, and the best food from professional chefs. There's a swimming pool, pub, and gym. I was truly satisfied. Plus the one key card access system gives you full security. Highly recomend.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Mahmoud, who was consistently working the night shift during my stay, and I can say without hesitation that his professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to outstanding guest service were truly exceptional. Every interaction with him reflected the highest standards of hospitality. Regardless of the late hours, he remained welcoming, attentive, patient, and highly professional. He demonstrated remarkable attention to detail and a genuine commitment to ensuring that every guest felt comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. His calm demeanor, efficiency, and willingness to assist at any time made a lasting impression on me. It is rare to encounter an employee who performs his responsibilities with such consistency, precision, and genuine care. Mahmoud is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to this hotel, and his outstanding work deserves the highest recognition. Because of the excellent service I received from Mahmoud, I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I will also confidently recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues. Employees like Mahmoud are the reason guests choose to return. Thank you, Mahmoud, for your exceptional service, your professionalism, and for making my stay such a positive and memorable experience. I sincerely wish you continued success in your career.
