This is a very poorly maintained and neglected hotel. The clothes shelves in the room were dirty, the bathroom water was dirty, the air conditioning did not work, and the room telephone was also not working. Overall, the room was not properly maintained and the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.
اسوء تجربة Very disappointing experience. My booking was confirmed, and on the day of check-in I received a call informing me that they could no longer accommodate me due to “emergency maintenance issues.” This happened during the Eid holidays, when finding alternative accommodation at such short notice is extremely difficult and often much more expensive. What made the situation worse was that they presented a full refund as if it were compensation. A refund is simply returning money for a service that was never provided. There was no meaningful effort to make up for the disruption caused by cancelling a confirmed reservation on their side. The management was also very difficult to reach, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
Nice
i have been travelling all my life , i have never seen a bad hotel like this , whoever runs the hotel doesnt run the residence , whenever you want something the hotel says u have to contact the company who runs the appartment , the smell is bad
Location is nice, price is fair, I was not prepared to come to an apartment with nothing in except, I had to ask to prepare for the sofa bed, other wise I would have bought the hole thing or ask the hotel to do it a pay for thier service, Tv was not operational, I think it’s the battery. My rank is for the lack of good communication and miss communication, I might come agin now I know. The guy from the renting company was helpful
