The Address Downtown Residences

I submitted my complaint and also left a review. I was told that someone would contact me regarding the disrespectful treatment and the way your guests are treated. Unfortunately, I have still not received any call or response. I also mentioned that I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. I have now made a video explaining exactly what happened to me because of the restaurant manager and the security staff, and how guests are being pressured to spend large amounts of money just to be allowed to sit at the hotel. If someone only orders one item, they are made to feel unwelcome and are asked to leave. Is this really how Address Hotels treat their guests? It has been almost 10 days since this incident, and not a single person from your management has contacted me—not even to apologize or ask what happened. Honestly, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and with the complete lack of response from management.

The whole staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. She was warm, attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my visit. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the food and beverages were excellent. Jamaica's friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend the Lobby Lounge to anyone visiting Dubai, and I especially appreciate Jamaica for her outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning soon!
