Good and safe hotel, friendly people welcoming staff, special thanks to the security team, my wife forgot her jewellery in the room, at the time I was moving to another room. I thought I have lost it, not until security knock at my door and handed it over to me. Such considerations and honesty compelled me to recommend this hotel as safe thank you Swissotel

I had a great two-day stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Raiza and Glaiza at the front desk for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They made me feel valued from check-in to check-out. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!
I would like to sincerely thank Hema and her colleagues at the front cafe of the hotel for always smiling and taking care of all my orders, sometimes they go out of their way to get me anything I asked for my tea and coffee. I must admit this is the best experience I have ever had in any of my business trips in Dubai in the last 4 years.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Raiza for being truly exceptional. She is one of the best staff members in the hotel—very helpful and genuinely hospitable.
I would also like to thank the receptionist, Fatuma, for doing a great job in handling our check-in and check-out smoothly.
Special thanks as well to Mr. Diab for approving my request for an extension for another 2 hour —I truly appreciate it.
Lastly, to Liwan Restaurant, I would like to commend the waiter, Jufeboy. He was very hospitable and assisted us well with our food and drinks.
An absolutely amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel and the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
I will definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues. I look forward to staying here again and again. Thank you for the wonderful moments, Swissôtel Al Ghurair!
