Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff I had a wonderful experience at Suha Hotel Apartments Dubai. The service was excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Surjhit, who was always attentive and made sure I received everything I needed promptly. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Damber from the Security team, who was extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to assist. A big thank you as well to the breakfast team — Vikram, Ashmita, and Grace. Your warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. I had a very pleasant stay at SUHA Bur Dubai. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the two-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for my family. I also appreciated that they provided a baby cot immediately upon request, which made our stay much easier. The hotel is very quiet, allowing us to relax, and every member of the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. One thing to note is that our apartment overlooked a graveyard. Personally, this didn’t bother me at all, but I understand that some guests may find this important when choosing a room. The only issue we experienced happened on our last night. Our room key stopped working, and we had to wait around 30 minutes outside the apartment with our children until the security staff arrived with a master key to let us in. It was disappointing, especially after an otherwise excellent stay. The breakfast was average, with a limited variety of options, so there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, despite the key card issue and the average breakfast, I would still recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding staff. I would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect family vacation. Apartments are spacious and clean. Any concerns were addressed timeously. Breakfast has little to offer but I would opt for quality over quality any day. Everything was made to perfection. They went above and beyond. Breakfast lady Ms Grace ensured everyone was happy and they even went an extra mile for my son to get pancakes on a day when they were not served. The pool was the highlight my kids and I had alot of fun. In the afternoon the pool is shaded so you don't feel extra heated up. Thank you very much to all staff for making our stay a relaxed experience and memorable for my family. Will definitely be checking in again soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Suha Mina Hotel—it truly felt like a second home. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The in-room kitchen setup and washing machine were extremely convenient, especially while traveling with a baby. The staff—housekeeping, management, and breakfast team—were all warm, professional, and very helpful. We also received a complimentary upgrade during our extended stay, which made the experience even more special with extra space and a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious with good variety; just a small suggestion to rotate a few items for more freshness 😊 specially that dish Foul Madamas, I think nobody liked it it remained untouch daily. Overall, excellent hospitality and a memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely visit again!
