Suha Jumeirah

I just want to share my wonderful experience at Suha JBR yesterday. It was absolutely amazing! The staff were very accommodating, and from the moment we walked into the hotel reception, we were instantly greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also has a wonderful view, which made our stay even more special. A big thank you as well for preparing a cute and simple celebration for us. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and the effort you made to make our stay memorable.❤️ The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, especially Mr. Mahabub (Reception), Mr. Ajith (Housekeeping), and Ms. Julie (Restaurant). They were all very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you, Suha JBR, for taking such great care of me and my family. We truly appreciate your hospitality, and we would love to visit again! ❤️

We had a great stay at this apartment hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. A special thank you to Julie for the warm welcome on our morning at breakfast. Her kindness, friendly attitude, and excellent service made each day start on a positive note. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! We will definitely book again.

We stayed 3D2N at Suha Jumeirah from May 28–30, 2026, and it was truly worth the price. We booked a 2-bedroom unit, and the living area was spacious and perfect for the four of us. The location is excellent—very accessible to the tram, metro, and just a short walk to JBR. Our stay included breakfast and dinner, and we would like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Julie and Ms. Riza at the restaurant. Despite the busy dining hours, they still managed to provide warm, friendly, and accommodating service. Cheers to both of them for making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was good, and we even found a new favorite dish during our first dinner. Looking forward to staying again and experiencing the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the staff.

We stayed at SUHA Jumeirah in JBR for 1 night last May 2, and overall we had a wonderful experience. We encountered some issues during check-in, but thanks to Mr. Mahabub from the reception, together with Mr. Hakeem, everything was resolved professionally and smoothly. They patiently explained the pros and cons and made sure we were comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the beach, which was amazing. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — we really loved it. Thank you so much for your excellent service. We hope to check in again soon!
