As a long term resident, I can honestly and objectively say that the reception staff are extremely professional and courteous especially Mr. Ahmed, Taher, and Jameela. I would like to sincerely thank them for their kindness and support. The hotel’s location is excellent—very lively and convenient, in front of a metro station and a City Centre mall, which makes everything easily accessible. I did encounter a few minor issues with housekeeping. however, what I truly appreciate is the quick response whenever I raise a concern, along with the management’s serious and proactive efforts to resolve any issues. Once again, my sincere thanks to the entire team.

Somewhere Hotel Apartment is the best accomodation.Royal Suite room with two room (king&two single)and very spacious.Very convenient area.Next to Subway(City Centre Diera station-Red line) and to City Centre Diera Mall. The convenient store inside the hotel is open 24hrs that provide all the basic daily using item. Near to Day to Day and Gift shop to buy the souvenior.Easy to get taxi and the bus stop just walking distance from the hotel.Everythings are easy and very love place to stay.Well recommended and definitely will come and stay here again.

The manager Sameer does not have a clue, we were there for a month, towards the end the service had totally declined. Reception need training in customer service. The porters were helpful. The last day was a nightmare we had booked for a month and on the morning of the 27th received a call from reception to confirm check out. They were very persistent and did not want to help in any way while I frantically searched for another place. Everyone there is confused, deposit was not refunded and not at all cooperative!!!

I was there for an overnight stay. Heading into the hotel, looking at the reviews, I got nervous. But i had an excellent stay. It is a 3+ or 4 star hotel. Good location. Pleasant staff. Easy checkin. Clean rooms. Not luxurious but clean sheets, soft clean towels, good pillows, large spaces, good kitchenette, good overall. It had good shampoo conditioner. It was missing things like moisturizer, or tissue boxes, and had only one place to plug in uS style plugs. I was on the 10th floor, and there was street noise but like emergency vehicles every once i a while but nothing that kept me awake. the stay was comfortable, clean, and in a great location in diera. Good value for money for me.
