Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach

I have been coming to the Sofitel GBR for several years now. I visit several times a year, and every stay confirms the same thing: this team is truly outstanding. I travel around the world for business and stay in a lot of hotels. I have rarely seen so much energy, kindness and genuine warmth from every single member of a team, from the front desk to the restaurant floor. Here you don't feel like a guest, you feel expected. A special mention to Ashish Rajkiran and Catherine, who perfectly embodies this spirit: always smiling, attentive, and one step ahead. People like him make the difference between a good hotel and a place you can't wait to come back to. And the brunch… Generous, refined and varied, with a warm and lively atmosphere. It has become a must for me every time I'm in town. Thank you to the whole team for such consistent excellence. You truly honour the French art of hospitality. See you very soon!

We stayed at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach for the first time, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The welcome was exceptional, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the way they treated our little daughter made our stay even more special. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special mention to Abdelwaheed from the kitchen, who was simply outstanding! He was professional, attentive, kind, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. A huge thank you to him for his excellent service! We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay in Dubai. We leave with wonderful memories and would definitely love to come back! ⭐

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and the experience was made even more special as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. We stayed in a Premium Room with a beautiful, uninterrupted view of Ain Dubai, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The view was absolutely stunning, especially in the evening, and made our time in the room even more enjoyable. A lovely surprise awaited us when the hotel arranged a birthday cake in our room for my wife. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a personal touch to our celebration. We truly appreciated the effort made by the hotel team. There was Drone show at the Beach and we had best view from our room Our dining experience was equally pleasant. Being vegetarians, we were happy to find a handful of good options at the restaurant that suited our preferences. A special mention to Lashang at the restaurant, who was extremely attentive and made sure our dietary requirements and preferences were well taken care of. We particularly enjoyed the decaf cappuccino with oat milk, which was prepared exactly the way we requested. It's these small details and personal attention that make a real difference. Overall, we had a lovely stay with beautiful views, good food, thoughtful hospitality and attentive service. Thank you to the entire Sofitel team for making my wife's birthday celebration a memorable one. We would certainly recommend
