So/ Uptown Dubai

I had a great experience staying at SO/ Uptown Dubai\. The rooms were outstanding, modern, luxurious, and very comfortable, definitely deserving of 5 stars\. The service was also excellent, with friendly and professional staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. I would rate the service 5/5. The location is very good, although I would give it 4/5, as it could be more convenient for accessing some of Dubai’s main attractions. Overall, a fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend it and consider staying here again

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a luxurious interior, elegant design. However, one major downside is that the hotel does not mention the ongoing construction work. To reach the hotel, you have to drive up six floors through a construction area surrounded by scaffolding, temporary barriers, and poorly lit passages. The experience is quite unpleasant, especially at night, and certainly not what you would expect when arriving at a luxury hotel. While the hotel itself is impressive, I believe guests should be informed about these conditions before booking. Transparency is important, particularly when paying for a luxury experience.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The service was outstanding, and I would especially like to thank Waseem for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. He was always helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. He is truly an asset to the hotel. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!
