Our experience today, under the leadership of Mrs. Sunil Ladson, was truly outstanding. The entire team made our client feel incredibly well looked after, with a level of attentiveness, professionalism & care that felt genuinely Vip , detail was handled with such thoughtfulness It is rare for a team’s hospitality to leave such a lasting impression, especially when you have worked across so many venues over the years. Our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Sunil Ladson & her wonderful team for making our client’s experience so memorable. Wishing them continued success & many more milestones ahead. I had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La Dubai, and I would especially like to recognize Mr. Khodaram, the doorman, for his exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Khodaram was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. His warm smile, courteous manner, and attention to detail made me feel very well looked after. He represents the true meaning of excellent hospitality and made a great first impression. It is people like Mr. Khodaram who make a stay feel special. We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Dubai and genuinely enjoyed every moment. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the valet and concierge team right through to housekeeping and the Horizon Lounge staff. The whole team was friendly, attentive and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. A massive shout-out to Janeth, Erica, Zineb, Saw and chef Uditha in the Horizon Lounge. They were absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, taking the time to prepare special food for her and making sure she was well looked after. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The pool on the 4th floor is also lovely, and was a great place to unwind. From the moment we arrived, the valet and concierge were fantastic, and every member of the team we encountered was professional, welcoming and helpful. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing an excellent experience. Thank you to the entire Shangri-La Dubai team for making our stay so special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!

I had such an amazing stay at Shangri-La. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything and made me feel so welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spotless, and everything was such amazing quality. What truly made the experience special was how attentive and sweet all the staff were. A special thank you to Khodarahm on the door, who was such a kind and lovely gentleman and always greeted us warmly. The reception team were also wonderful and made sure I had the best possible stay, always going above and beyond to help. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — so much variety and everything was delicious and high quality. Overall, I couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience!
