⭐ Excellent Stay at Dubai Sea View Hotel My stay at Dubai Sea View Hotel was amazing! The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere, delicious food with a wonderful variety, and convenient access to public transportation, located just 100 metres away. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Manish, Mr. Azad, and Mr. Basheer for their excellent service and warm hospitality. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Manish, who takes great care of the hotel's overall operations and ensures that guests feel comfortable and well looked after. His dedication and professionalism truly deserve recognition. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to housekeeping room attendant Mr. Damuan D’Souza and restaurant server Mr. Gulfam, who took excellent care of me and provided attentive, courteous service throughout my stay. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the management and reservation team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Sukumaran, who provided an excellent airport transfer and ensured that I arrived at the airport on time. He was a courteous and reliable driver. I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. I would strongly recommend Dubai Sea View Hotel to my friends, family, and anyone planning to visit Dubai. Highly recommended! Stayed for a night. Had a pleasant stay here. Average hotel, definitely not 4 star. Food in the in house restaurant is ok. Liquor is very costly at the roof top bar. Very near to the airport.

We stayed here with my family for 2 days, and all I can say is that the service was excellent especially the reception staff, restaurant waiters, and housekeepers. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a vacation in Dubai.

My husband and I booked a one-night stay at the Royal Ascot Hotel hoping to unwind and de-stress, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. Upon arrival at the lobby, we were informed by a guy named Imtiaz, that there was ongoing maintenance and that we would be transferred to another hotel which is Sea View Hotel under the same management. This was never communicated to us in advance, which was very frustrating, we would have chosen a different hotel had we known. Although we were told the transfer would take about 5 minutes, we ended up waiting for around 45 minutes for the hotel car. When we finally arrived at the alternative hotel, the room provided was much smaller and very different from what we originally booked. It did not meet our expectations at all. We also requested an additional set of toiletries since for only one person was provided. However, the staff member who delivered them did not greet my husband after him saying good afternoon, walked straight into the washroom, placed the items, and left without any acknowledgment. This lack of basic courtesy was quite surprising. During breakfast, we were asked for our room number upon arrival, which is understandable. However, in the middle of our meal, another staff member approached us and asked for the room number again. When my husband politely asked for the reason, no one responded. This felt unprofessional and rude. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor communication, lack of hospitality, and subpar service.
