This would definitely be one of my favourite places to stay, and I would happily recommend it to my family and friends. What really stood out to us was the team here. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful, especially with kids. From the reception team to room service and the restaurant staff, every interaction felt welcoming and genuine. We interacted with different members of the team at different times — from the morning shift to even when we arrived around midnight — and honestly, everyone was wonderful. I’m not mentioning individual names simply because I don’t want to leave anyone out. 😊 A big shout-out to the entire team — each and every one of you deserves to be appreciated! You truly made our stay feel comfortable, easy and special. ❤️ Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how touched I am by this gesture. ❤️ I’m not feeling well at all right now and have been down with a high fever, so I really wasn’t expecting anything. But the team at Savoy Suites somehow found out that I wasn’t keeping well and sent this thoughtful little care package early in the morning. Most hotels go the extra mile for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions, but taking care of a guest simply because they’re unwell is something truly special. This wasn’t just a gesture, it genuinely made me feel cared for. It’s these little things that make hospitality feel personal. You didn’t just treat me like a guest, you made me feel like someone you genuinely cared about. I’m honestly overwhelmed and have no words. This is, without a doubt, one of the sweetest hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Savoy Suites, hats off to you! ❤️ You are definitely number one on my list when it comes to hospitality, and I can confidently say that other hotels could learn so much from the way you take care of your guests. Mr Prakash Receptionist very Bad Behevior. And main Too much Problem for Room Extension. Mr Prakash end Time Tell me Not Possible To Extend Room. I stay Last 3 month in this Hotel. But today Mr Prakash tell me Mananagement not approved for Extend room. Already I tell Mr Prakash. I will Pay Extension Amount. But not agreed. Only he said checkout checkout. First time Very Bad experience in savoy suites hotel apartments. So Don’t Book Savoy Suites Hotel. Because too much Problem For Extension. No cleaning Regular Time. Property Is very Good. But Only Receptionist Mr Prakash Very Bad Behevior. Savoy suites Better Than Golden Sands Property Is very Good and Very Responsible all staff. And Too Much Good Nature. So I Suggest Book For Golden sands Hotel Apartments Property. No any one Problem In This Property.

Amazing Experience! I had an amazing stay at this classic hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Basha from housekeeping for keeping the room spotless, Manar for the warm assistance in the lobby and helping with my luggage, and Altaf and Prakash at the reception for their outstanding service and hospitality. Their dedication and excellent customer service made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
