Excellent Hospitality at Royal Continental Hotel, Dubai My name is Muhammad Farooq Abdul Sattar, and I stayed at the Royal Continental Hotel in Dubai with Muhammad Aslam Sattar from 12 October to 16 October 2026. We had a wonderful stay and received excellent service throughout our visit. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dawood and Mr. Fadi for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and attentive service. Both made us feel welcome and comfortable, and their friendly attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay even more enjoyable. Their excellent service deserves special recognition and appreciation from the hotel management. Employees like Dawood and Mr. Fadi are a true asset to the Royal Continental Hotel. I had a very good experience staying at Royal Continental Hotel. The location is excellent, with a mall and metro station nearby, making it very convenient for guests. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Rajendra and Virendra, who took great care of me during my stay. They were polite, helpful, and always made sure everything was comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Royal Continental Hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Best experience in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Rooms were clean and furniture was new. I stayed in another hotel which was star but the rooms were old and smelly. Here everything was good. The Pakistani guy and Egyptian guy on reception were very welcoming and supportive. Everything was arranged in good manner. I recommend it. Next time also i will stay here
