Don’t book this hotel Waste of money Waste of time This facility will spoil your vacation and your mode. * Cleaning, at the minimum. Almost zero, the smell is worst all over the facility and the rooms and corridor. No cleaning * no swimming pool for hotel booking. Only small one. The big one reserved for residents * the booking including dinner open buffet. However they decided to cancel it and offer to get dinner in PUB. With family you need to set with other who are getting alcohol, not respecting our values. * any room service will take a very long time to get any kind of service. * they keep the rooms windows are open without safety look which used for kids. No concern for safety at all. * at reception you will see all the gusts are fighting and shooting due to bad booking details offered to gusts. * even if you complain they will refer to the old geopolitical situation and this is the maximum they have. * they charges for tourism dirhams, tourism service tax which is waived by the government. * to get a refund they will deduct 5% as visa charges which is against the law. Overall big advice to avoid this hotel and the nice photos or website. Its very down now.

The rooms need to be maintained better, there was paint peeling off, old sofa etc. we took the 3 bed room appt and it was very spacious. The MCC code used by the hotel is for rental and hence I lost a lot of credit card points was very disappointed with the same. I would look for better alternatives when I am there the next time in dubai for sure.

This is my family’s and my home away from home in Dubai! Every staff member is here is very polite, kind and professional. I came here to celebrate my birthday and when I got back to the apartment I found this lovely cake and a very thoughtful wish on the card. I did reserve 3 bedrooms apartment with pool views and they give me another one a street view and they did not apologizes and no breakfast as a small upgrade for this mistake. 1- Trash baskets no bags. 2- there is bad smell in prayer's carpet ( sajjadah al salat ). 3- Basin drain was clogged no maintenance. 4- bathrooms and rooms are old design for 5 star. 5- we asked for baby crib service before 24 hours and nothing there when we arrived. 6- balcony was dirty no clean for many days at least 2 weeks. 7- there is no parking at reception to complete ur booking when u arrive, and when u park ur car at reception the guard asking u to move ur car !!! ( stupid logic ) 8- the hotel name with location is confusing cause when u arrive u find out u r lost. - Pros: Staff very helpful. Swimming pool even far away. Air conditioner is very good. there is something wrong to give this 5 star hotel. It deserve 3-star no more.
