Very disappointing experience. The TV in the room is very old, and the bathroom was not clean. Breakfast is served in the room, but the options are very limited. Overall, the room and facilities felt poorly maintained, and almost everything about the stay was below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.
Not satisfied,very poor service .
Never ever select this hotel for staycation or for other purposes.1.poor guidance 2.poor sanitary cleanliness’s 3.swimming pool water was chlorine’s water bad smell around.
Only one hour access for the visitors for swimming pool. And the worst part is the service of the receptionist. He was not giving us proper services as we booked the offers through Agoda app.
The hotel service was excellent. The hospitality was outstanding and very pleasant.
I had my wedding ceremony at this hall, it was a really nice night, it was well planned, the dinner was great and Linda was so attentive to everything and most importantly he was so friendly.✨
There is so much to write here, Linda, I want to thank you for the night you made for me.💗💗
I have found a cockroach in my bed which is terrible.
Also room service knocked on my door and awkwen me multiple times for stupid reasons even I clearly mentioned I want no disturbance
They only provide plastic and paper cups in the hole hotel which is harmful to the environment and they don't provide any sustainable alternatives.
Also I had a friend coming over the welcome me they denied him access claiming it is too late which is non of there business and totally unprofessional and they did it with the worst attitude possible.
Would never go there again or advis any one to go
