I recently visited this club/hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I was asked to leave the premises without any clear explanation or valid reason. I remained respectful and cooperative, yet staff did not provide a proper justification for their decision. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism in how it was handled. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or communicate clearly, which left me feeling unfairly treated and confused. As a guest, I expect at least basic courtesy and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. I hope management reviews this incident and ensures better handling of guests in the future. Poor staff
