Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Dubai Deira

I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira. I would especially like to appreciate Mr.Shamshad from the Housekeeping team. He was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. My room was always clean, neat, and well-maintained, and he paid great attention to detail. Thank you, Mr.Shamshad, for your wonderful service. You truly deserve recognition for your hard work and dedication. Highly recommended!

My son has special needs and has a genuine love for swimming. Because swimming brings him so much happiness and enjoyment, I make it a priority for us to spend time swimming every weekend. We also regularly enjoy hotel staycations, as they provide a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable environment where he can swim and spend quality time with our family. These experiences are especially meaningful to us, as they allow me to support his interests while creating happy and memorable moments together. This is the 3rd time that we booked to this hotel the first one was 27 Jul 2026, next was 10 Aug 2026 and today 23 Aug 2026. The reason why I choose this hotel it is because the swimming pool is indoor and only have a dept of 1.3 meters which my child can enjoy the most. And I can enjoy at Jacuzzi while he and his dad is at the pool. This hotel is just 10 mins walk from our own Apartment (home) thus it is very comfortable. The staff is accommodating also, there is one lady in the reception which I forget to get her name that is very accommodating, next time I will make sure to get her name for a good review on her service. During our previous stay, my son's ID card went missing and the housekeeper (Mr. Hassan) was able to retrieve it - thank you Sir. The ID card was expired but that ID is precious to my son since he is using it since he was 2 years old and he is now 12 yo so it is very important to retrieve that ID. The management put an effort to find it and even the Dubai Police Authority were able to contact us to inform us that the hotel found the ID. I was so amazed with the services. I will make sure I will keep on coming back to this hotel. Kudos to all. And for today's stay, as expected, we enjoyed very much.

I would especially like to thank Miss Samer from the reception. She was very welcoming, polite, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and quick assistance made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Thank you, Miss Samer, for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Firstly, I would say that the room is spacious, comfortable, and very roomy, which we really appreciated. My husband and I are both hoteliers. We work in Fujairah, and we came here because we had some embassy-related work to complete. We usually like trying different hotels, so this time we decided to stay at this property. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Before our arrival, I had requested a room on a higher floor, and that request was fulfilled. However, we were assigned an interconnecting room, which was not our preference. Prior to arrival, I had also requested a small room decoration or a cake because we got married on 1st July. We went straight back to work after our wedding, so this two-night stay was our first opportunity to celebrate together, and I wanted to surprise my husband. I also requested two bathrobes prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, none of these special requests were arranged before our arrival. The cake was only delivered about three hours after we had checked in, which took away from the surprise and the overall experience. Another disappointment was that there were no bathrobes in the wardrobe, even though bathrobes are listed as one of the room amenities. After check-in, I called the reception and requested two bathrobes. I was told they would check and get back to me, but no one called back, and no bathrobes were delivered to our room. Overall, this has been quite disappointing, especially considering that these requests were made in advance. As fellow hoteliers, we understand that not every request can always be accommodated, but communication and follow-up are essential. We are staying for two nights, so hopefully the rest of our stay will be better. I will update my review based on the remainder of our experience.
