Shower was hot and great pressure lol I know that's something we look for, beds were comfortable. No elevator if you need that. Bed was comfortable, could use some more choices for breakfast.

This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. For a property that claims to be a 4-star hotel, the level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff are inconsistent, communication is poor, and there seems to be a serious lack of management and professionalism. The worst part was having the water pressure almost ahut off. Being unable to shower or even use basic facilities is unacceptable under any circumstances. When I contacted the staff, I was simply told to wait 30 minutes for the issue to be fixed, as if losing access to water was a minor inconvenience. Guests pay for comfort and basic necessities, not excuses.

It is to the point functional hotel. The rooms are clean and provided with basic amenities, service was fine and the location is very central Bur Dubai. It is a short walking distance from two medium sized malls and more up scale restaurants in Al Rigga. It is by any stretch of imagination not a 5 star hotel. The ground floor, Tej restaurant do an outstanding biryani and kebabs at a very reasonable prices.

Overall Experience was Good as expected. Maria from Front Desk was very polite and gave us a beautiful room facing the city , Midlaj was also very helfull at the Desk and assisted us with good options for future stays.Amao peter from Star Metro who assisted us to the Swimming pool. A nepali waitress in Tez restaurant who served our Breakfast was very accommodating and Humble. Overall we had a great stay at Ramada. We will visit soon.
