Pharoah's Club is located within walking distance at the WAFI Mall from our direct access to the mall at the hotel (3-5 minutes).
Opening hours: 08:30 to 20:30, 7 days a week.

Lovely day at Raffles Dubai using Privilee for access to the main pool and spa area. The pool is huge, with plenty of space for both adults and children, lots of loungers and shaded areas, plus a swim-up bar.
Raffles itself is such a beautiful Dubai institution and still feels very special. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive throughout, especially Divyesh, Mohit and Chef Ashish. A particularly nice touch was being given a complimentary mocktail at sunset.
A very relaxing way to spend the day in Oud Metha and somewhere we would happily return to.
Exceptional service, professional and just plain smiling and happy members of staff- so wonderful to be greeted that way😀. Thoughtfulness about what to provide the customers at the next step which speaks to their training as well as natural inclination. Absolutely great stay during an uncertain time. An Exceptional Stay — Outstanding Hospitality from Isabela and Her Team.
From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and level of service were truly exceptional. Isabela and her team went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Isabela, in particular, was incredibly attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made such a difference and created a wonderful feeling of being at home rather than simply staying at a hotel.
In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay multiple times! The entire team was consistently polite, professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made it very difficult to want to check out.
The location is equally impressive and gives the property a unique character. It does not feel like just another luxury hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The connection to Wafi Mall is also a fantastic advantage, offering excellent convenience and making it possible to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment without even needing to leave the property.
What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. Beautiful hotels can be found in many places, but exceptional hospitality and a team that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for are much harder to find.

What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. It’s directly connected to Wafi Mall, which is perfect for shopping and dining without even needing transportation. You’re also just a short drive from iconic spots like Dubai Mall and the breathtaking Burj Khalifa, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The service is exceptional—staff are attentive, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Pya at the front desk, who was very supportive and made the experience even more pleasant with her professionalism and kindness.
The facilities, from the pool to the spa, are top-tier and add to the overall relaxing experience.
One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast concept. They’ve changed the way it’s served in a smart and thoughtful way—cold items are available at the buffet for you to pick freely, while hot dishes are freshly prepared and ordered from the menu. This not only ensures better quality and freshness, but also helps reduce food waste, which is a great initiative to see.
If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai with a great location, excellent service, and a more conscious dining approach, Raffles Dubai is definitely a place I would highly recommend.
