A big thank you to Jordan and Kate for making sure we had such a wonderful dinner and for taking such good care of us throughout the evening.
The two-course meal was served perfectly as requested. The salmon and sea bass were cooked beautifully, and the beer and wine were served perfectly chilled. Everything was just right!
Most importantly, celebrating my wife’s birthday at Jones the Grocer, Silicon Oasis made the evening extra special. ❤️

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Sindie and her colleagues Nayomi and Archie at Radisson RED Dubai.
Today, I was not feeling well and had a persistent cough while sitting in the restaurant watching the football match. Sindie noticed that I was unwell and kindly came over to check if I was okay. She then thoughtfully brought me hot water with honey and lime, which genuinely helped me feel much better.
What touched me most was that this act of kindness came purely from her caring nature. When I asked about leaving a tip, she politely declined and instead suggested that I leave a review if I appreciated the service. She also made sure to mention her colleagues Nayomi and Archie, highlighting the great teamwork and positive spirit among the staff.
In hospitality, it’s often the small gestures that leave the biggest impact. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by Sindie, Nayomi, and Archie made my day and turned a difficult moment into a memorable experience.
