Reviews
We were traveling with two kids and couldn't have asked for better service from Arpan and Churamani.
My wife lost her phone in Uber and they helped in finding the same and also upgraded our apartment.
The place was very spacious and special Kudos to Irshaad for the excellent house keeping.
Ramesh at front desk also was super helpful.
All in all- a perfect stay.
Travelled from the UK and stayed here with the missues. It was a lovely room with a balcony, no complaints. The Housekeeper (Akter) looked afterd the room with essentials everyday (water e.c.t). The reception staff, the Sirilankan dude was a lovely gentleman think his name is (Piumsiri), all staff were great. If you're reading this thank you.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of it was thanks to Mr. Ramesh. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always greets guests with a warm smile. He is always ready to help with anything and goes out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. His friendly and positive attitude truly makes a difference. Thank you, Mr. Ramesh, for making my stay even more enjoyable!
I've been staying here for a couple of weeks now, and both the hotel and its staff have been excellent throughout. The rooms are always spotless, and every member of the team I've met has been professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
I especially want to recognise Piumsiri, who has been truly exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond, is always ready to help with a smile, and takes real care to make sure guests feel looked after. His attentiveness and thoughtfulness have made a real difference to my stay. Staff like Piumsiri are what turn a good hotel into a great one. Thank you!
Exceptional Stay
My stay at Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina was outstanding from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom suite featuring a large living room, a fully equipped and highly functional kitchen, and three bathrooms.
The suite exceeded my expectations. It is clear that the property has undergone a complete renovation, with exceptional attention to detail and the use of premium materials throughout. The marble tables and kitchen countertops add a touch of luxury, while the bathrooms finished in natural travertine create an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The entire interior design feels cohesive, modern, and highly functional, providing both comfort and style.
The service was equally impressive. Every member of the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant stay. The level of hospitality and customer care was excellent throughout my visit.
The location in Dubai Marina is another major advantage, offering easy access to the marina, restaurants, shops, and many of Dubai’s key attractions.
I highly recommend Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina to anyone looking for spacious, high-quality accommodation combined with exceptional service. A truly memorable stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Dubai.
