Special thanks and appreciation to Siddharth and Akash from the F&B department of the Radisson Blu Deira Creek Hotel for their service + support given to me at the Coffee Shop near the Al Zabeel Wedding Hall on this evening; I had to attend a long online call - and both Siddharth and Akash assisted in directing me to a quiet corner desk, with the stronger WiFi correction and ensured my seat was still avaialble though I had to step out for a bit.
Good customer care service, hospitality and support received from these two gentlemen. Thank you for allowing me to take my online call peacefully and without and trouble! Appreciate it! Best wishes!

I had a wonderful experience at **Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek** and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, great views, and a fantastic atmosphere.
From the moment I arrived, the guest experience was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was always happy to assist, and their warm attitude really made the experience feel special. It is refreshing to see a hotel team that genuinely cares about its guests and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the **room and the amazing view**. Waking up and enjoying the beautiful views of Dubai Creek was a real pleasure. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city.
I also really enjoyed spending time at **Up at 10**, the rooftop bar. It is a great place to unwind, enjoy some drinks, and take in the atmosphere and views. The setting is perfect for relaxing with friends or simply enjoying a drink after a long day. The overall vibe was excellent, and it quickly became one of my favourite parts of the hotel.
Another major highlight was the **English Pub**. I absolutely loved the traditional pub atmosphere and, as a football fan, it was the perfect place to enjoy some football matches with a drink. The lively atmosphere, friendly service, and great environment made watching the games even more enjoyable. It is definitely a place I would return to during my next visit.
Overall, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek offers a great combination of **excellent hospitality, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and fantastic dining and entertainment options**. The service and atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable.

Just a 5 Min walk from the metro station and right b the waterfront, this Raddisson hotel is definitely a good place to stay. It was the first 5* hotel in Dubai decades ago, then under the name „Intercontinental“ and has been under Raddisson ownership since almost 10 years. It‘s modern, has a huge attached mall style side-building with various restaurants, a nice pool overlooking the creek, good gym and generally a classy vibe. Rooms and the bathroom are clean and modern with all you need. We had a standard room with a balcony and a nice view onto the creek. There‘s plenty of places to eat and do some mid-tier shopping, supermarkets readily available, all within a 5-8 min walk. Good currency exchange right opposite the hotel side and it‘s a quick ride with the taxi to the gold souk or other places places if interest. Great breakfast, very friendly and supportive staff, really nothing to complain about. Would definitely come here again.
It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The property is very well organized and u can find everything u need without leaving the hotel, including restaurants, a place to watch the World Cup, a small convenience store, a gym and a swimming pool. It's the kind of hotel where you can comfortably spend the entire day.
The staff are welcoming, friendly and highly professional. A special thanks to *Mr. Pallav* at the reception, who went above and beyond to help me with everything, even before I asked. His excellent attitude, kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles that immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of the iconic Deira Creek. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in ensuring everything was perfect. The comfort of the bed and the overall ambiance made our stay truly relaxing.
Breakfast was another highlight, a wide variety of delicious options catering to different tastes, all fresh and well-prepared. The restaurants within the hotel also offered excellent dining experiences with great service.
What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism from every staff member we interacted with. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
