The house cleaning is very great, high engagement! And really carefully,warm! Sandip and mehedi! They did the very good job. And the receptionist is so warm and so nice, they always give us the best guide and suggestions,its really helpful,he is Ahmed.so nice stuff

We have had a lovely, comfortable stay at Pyramisa. The convenient location and calm, pleasant atmosphere have made it a relaxing experience—a truly “chill” stay even in Dubai’s hot weather! The reception team has been friendly and welcoming, and we appreciate the bell staff for their helpful assistance with our luggage. Special thanks to Mehedi and the housekeeping team for their sincere work and pleasant behaviour. Their dedication to keeping the rooms and common areas clean and tidy has made our stay even more comfortable. We have also enjoyed the good food, with special appreciation for Amardeep, Kuldeep, Subina and Shyam from the catering team. Their friendly, attentive service has made our dining experiences particularly enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Pyramisa team for your warmth, care and hospitality. You have made us feel welcome and well looked after.

I had an absolutely wonderful long stay at Pyramisa Hotel Apartments . I want to give a special thanks to the sales manager, Mr. Syed, who managed my booking. From day one, he ensured that everything was perfect for my check-in. Huge thanks to Jolly and Jerome from the front desk team for taking such good care of me and handling all my requests flawlessly! Sandeep from the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping the room spotless week after week. Mahmood from the service team was always ready to help with a smile. The service here is truly fantastic and they made me feel right at home throughout my stay . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed short or long term stay!

I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The housekeeper, Soba, was extremely organized, helpful, and cooperative. She kindly fulfilled all my requests with great care, and I truly appreciate her efforts. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
