We have been living here with our family for several months, and it truly feels like a second home. From the first day, we felt warmly welcomed. The service is always friendly, professional, and reliable. Everyone is kind, helpful and attentive. You can really feel that the team cares about the guests. Our apartment is always very clean, well maintained and in great condition. This is especially important for a long-term stay and we really appreciate it. We also love the direct connection to the mall, which makes everyday life so easy and convenient – especially for families. A special thank you to Barbie and Kavindu. They are wonderful – always friendly, caring, and dedicated. They help us feel comfortable and truly at home every day. For us, this is more than just a place to stay.

Our stay in Dubai at Pullman Creek Residence was amazing from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome we received truly set the tone for a memorable stay. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family with two children. The kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay even more convenient. A special thanks to Satheesh, who kept our apartment spotless every day—his work was exceptional. The daily breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. Our sincere appreciation to the Executive Chef, Mr. Damith, and Ms. Shamali for their wonderful service and attention. We would also like to thank all the staff at Pullman Creek Residence for their outstanding hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism throughout our stay. His professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable-he patiently guided us through all the available options and amenities, ensuring we had everything we needed to start our stay on a high note.
