We always do the event at the hotel but now was not good especially the guy who was in the main reception because we have visitors fresh from the ph no EID only passport. and it’s included to our book. We talk to him properly but he doesn’t seem interested to intertaine us which is not good.

honestly, after i booked this online, i read d reviews, i was afraid since it has mostly negative but already paid it so i thought have to experience it myself. Then judge it later if i will be disappointed. So far, yeah the hotel was quite not updated in terms of modern design, but it maybe it wont matter if they have good service, accomodation and cleanliness. i checked everything as soon as i arrive d rooms. Well, good and i was releived that it was d opposite. rooms (we have 2 rooms) are clean, complete of toiletress( shampoo, lotion, shower gel, soap, dental kit, vanity kit, comb, tissue even sewing kit). we booked apartment type room by the way. there was this Alamgir guy who was kind to assist us when we ask for big pot bcoz we're planning to cook supposedly. thanks. in total, we had a great holiday stay. and thanks to d receptionist at that time who gave us this rooms. though this is not supposedly what i booked for but replace equally better (previous room she said has some issues).

It's been a pathetic experience. Sub-standard rooms, dirty and smelly rooms, washrooms and corridors. Sub-standard breakfast. Cockroaches (small) in restrooms. Unprofessional reception staff. I would request and recommend others not to spoil your vacations, family time and money on this unpleasant place.

Firstly, I was extremely disappointed with the conduct of the receptionist, Raam. He significantly overcharged us for a desert safari excursion. What made the situation worse was that, despite the hotel claiming to be a 4-star establishment, he refused to accept card payment. Instead, he insisted on cash and forced my friend to go out at 5am in the morning to withdraw money. This was highly unprofessional, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I strongly advise other guests not to book any excursions through the hotel, especially not through Raam. It is far better to book independently or use trusted platforms such as GetYourGuide to avoid being overcharged or placed in uncomfortable situations. In addition to this issue, the hygiene standards were very poor. The toilet was visibly dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly. For a hotel that presents itself as 4-star, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. Furthermore, the bedsheets and duvet covers were dirty, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic.
