Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in July 2026, where I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Janine MARCABA, who is very professional and very kind. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by a multitude of excellent restaurants and shops. Its proximity to the Burjuman and ADCB metro stations makes getting around easy. The hotel is clean and smells pleasant as soon as you walk in ; the rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. All the staff are very helpful and exceptionally kind (a special mention goes to TAYEB). The front desk staff are quick and efficient and always greet you with a smile as well as the concierge who is also quick to address your requests. I highly recommend this hotel, which is my favorite place to stay in Dubai.

Room size was enough for couple with a kid. Bathroom with shower & bathtub withh all emenities. Location is perfect to travel & eat around. Metro & bus stations are walkable. Breakfast was very good, but mostly repetitive. The view of Dubai while having meal is an experience itself. Swimming pool, sauna, steam, gym & spa were available. Staffs we're very good. Service was good.

Overall, I had a good stay. The service was good, and the pool was also very nice. However, the rooms could be improved, especially the TV system. The TVs seem quite old and do not allow easy connection to a phone or other devices. The available streaming channels are also very limited. Since the hotel already provides Wi-Fi, upgrading to Smart TVs would greatly improve the guest experience and make the stay more enjoyable. I hope the management considers this improvement in the future.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for five days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. For a 5-star hotel, the level of service did not meet our expectations. The security staff Ahmed was particularly unhelpful. They kept introducing new rules and repeatedly said these instructions came from the General Manager, which made us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests. We also had an unpleasant experience with housekeeping. Two staff members came to clean our room but spent most of the time talking to each other in their local language in front of us instead of focusing on their work. We found this to be unprofessional. Overall, I don’t think this hotel is well suited for families. It seemed to cater more towards couples. If you’re traveling with family, I would recommend considering the Hilton located directly opposite this hotel instead.
