Very excellent experience for 36hrs staycation. We were treated like a real superstar. All the staff are very welcoming and accommodating.
We also got a free room upgrade. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony .
We enjoyed a lot in breathtaking view of infinity pool at 64th floor with a panoramic view of Burj Khalifa.
Thanks to Ms.Merely in cinescope she's amazing in assisting us and we had an awesome breakfast.

The Paramount hotel has exceeded my expectations and beyond from what I thought this hotel would offer!
Our room is just stunning! The suites here are beautiful.
The only thing I can fault is the bathroom sink and counter - there is no room to put your personal items.
There is a convenient tiny supermarket next to hotel on the street that is handy.
You can't really walk to anything here, it's too far and too hot during certain times of the year.
All the staff here are AMAZING! Highly recommend this hotel - and make sure you check out the pool!
I celebrated my birthday at Paramount Hotel Midtown, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their hospitality, professionalism, and friendly service added a special touch to my celebration.
The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful, stylish, and relaxing. The highlight for me was definitely the infinity pool with its breathtaking view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Swimming while enjoying that stunning skyline made my birthday even more memorable.
The overall atmosphere, excellent service, and attentive staff created a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Paramount Midtown for helping make my birthday celebration so enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again.
The staff are very helpful and polite, room service is very good especially Moses. The breakfast varieties are awesome with very fresh and tasty meals and selection of food. The swimming pool is on the 64th floor with excellent views of the sea, Burj khalifa and surrounding area. Car parking is free and the hotel is well located close to Dubai mall and Metro station. Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff and Paramount Hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at the Paramount Midtown Hotel last weekend. The place is really cool specially the rooftop pool. I would like to commend Enrick (receptionist) for being so accommodating, patient and very kind to us. He was alone on duty at the reception when I had an issue with my keycard and instead of asking me to wait, he went out of his way to go to my floor and open the door for me. He asked someone to look after the reception instead of waiting for another staff to accommodate my request. I really appreciate his concern and understanding despite his busy schedule and he did that with a smile on his face. Kudos to you and I hope we have more employees like you who make sure that the guests are comfortable and happy in their stay. May you become successful in your chosen path.
