My experience at Palace Downtown was exceptional across all aspects. The rooms were immaculately maintained. The service personnel demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. The hotel's location is also very convenient. 🏨✨😊🌟

Palace Downtown truly lives up to its name – everything was exceptional! 🤩 The rooms were so comfortable and beautifully appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect! I can't recommend it enough. ✨💖 I went solo, but it's great for everyone. 💯

A special thank you to Rakesh for your kindness, exceptional hospitality, and for making our stay so enjoyable. You truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did. The hotel is fantastic, with a wonderful location, breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain show, and such a vibrant, welcoming energy throughout. It has been a truly memorable stay, and we look forward to returning.

We stayed 3 nights at Palace Downtown and we loved it. From the time you walk in you are impressed with the architecture and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious with a large bathroom. The people at the desk and wait staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Even the gardeners, cleaners and doormen were all so nice.
