⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Bad Experience We stayed at this hotel for two days, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, especially for a family with a small baby. The receptionist and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their communication was also very confusing and contradictory. For a towel stain, we were initially told that they charge AED 50 because the towel could not be used anymore. But then the receptionist said it would require “special washing.” If it can be washed, then why are guests being charged AED 50 for one stain? Even if there is a charge, AED 20–30 would seem more reasonable, but AED 50 felt completely unfair. The room itself was very dirty and we even noticed what appeared to be bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The kettle was also in very poor condition and did not feel hygienic to use. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of politely listening to our concerns, the receptionist and manager were rude and unhelpful. We were staying with our 4-month-old baby, so cleanliness and hygiene were especially important to us. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially families travelling with children or babies. The overall cleanliness, hygiene, staff behaviour, and customer service were extremely disappointing. Definitely our worst hotel experience in Dubai. I would not stay here again.

"As a frequent traveler who stays here twice a month, this property has become my go-to spot for business. The best part? I can host clients in my room for discussions without any restrictions or disturbances—it’s a quiet, professional environment that makes meetings seamless. Location is another huge plus. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and with a metro station nearby, commuting is a breeze. And when work is done, the in-house night club adds a fun touch for unwinding or entertaining guests. Overall, a solid choice for business travelers. Highly recommended!"
Never faced this kind of inconvenience in any of my previous hotel stays. They just want to grab your money - the staffs working in the morning shift are rude Hotels usually either allow a short grace period for checkout or clearly inform guests about any extra charges. Since I was planning a late checkout, I specifically confirmed it with the reception at around 2 AM before going to sleep. I informed the receptionist that I was planning to check out at 2 PM and asked if that would be possible. He clearly told me that staying until 2 PM was absolutely fine but charges would apply after 2 PM. Had I been informed that there would be an additional charge, I would have either paid for it or adjusted my plans accordingly. What is frustrating is being told one thing and then being told something completely different later. At around 12:15 PM, another staff member called and asked us to check out, saying that the standard checkout time was 12:30 PM. I am fully aware of the standard checkout time—that is exactly why I confirmed the late checkout in advance. With only 15 minutes notice, how were we expected to get ready and leave? The call also disrupted our sleep, which was disappointing considering we had already received confirmation for a later checkout. In the end, we had to make an additional payment. What bothered me was not the payment itself, but the fact that we were misled and inconvenienced due to poor communication between staff members and disturbing our sleep as well. To make matters worse, our Wi-Fi access was disconnected as well. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of coordination among the staff and the way the situation was handled left a bad impression. I would not recommend this hotel
The hotel staff treated guests poorly, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The management should properly train their staff to behave professionally and respectfully toward genuine guests. A decent and welcoming attitude is expected in the hospitality industry.
I had a great stay at Orchid Vue Hotel. The location is super convenient, especially if you want quick access to the city’s main spots. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The service stood out — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The amenities were good as well, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and pleasant. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better, but overall, it’s definitely a hotel I’d recommend for anyone looking for comfort, value, and great hospitality in Dubai.
