One&only Royal Mirage - The Residence

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Family Stay at One&Only Royal Mirage We had an amazing stay at One&Only Royal Mirage and would definitely come back! It is a beautiful, family-friendly and kids-friendly resort, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay—even during August, one of the hottest months of the year. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and secure, and the staff (Sakil) did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The breakfast was easily 10/10—excellent quality, great variety, and something we looked forward to every morning. The swimming pool was also really cool and enjoyable, especially for the kids. Even with the August heat, it surprisingly didn’t feel too hot when we were outside, so we were still able to relax and enjoy the resort. Overall, a wonderful experience for the whole family. Beautiful property, excellent service, great food, and a very comfortable atmosphere. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I came to spend a relaxing day at the pool, and had an amazing time! This wasn’t my first visit at this hotel, but it was my first time using the pool and spa facilities. Everything was spotless, and the service was exceptional from the moment I made my reservation by phone until the moment I left. Every single employee had a sincere smile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Vivek was the server in my area, and he was fantastic. He made sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive — the perfect balance! He was knowledgeable about the food and beverage menu and gave great recommendations. I spent the day with a passion fruit margarita that was honestly the best margarita I’ve ever had. I did have a small mishap when a crow swooped in and ate some of my salad, but Vivek spotted it from meters away and came straight over to replace it with a fresh one! The pool attendants were wonderful too. I can’t wait to share this experience with the rest of my community, and I definitely can’t wait to come back with friends and family. You are indeed One&Only! ❤️

I did a wonderful daycation with my friend yesterday. Everything was perfect and went so smoothly. Great service at the pool with care and attention, food served very quickly in nice boxes. Then a wonderful spa moment with great staff and deeply relaxing facial massages. Relaxing room is nice with delicious dry fruits, nuts and teas always checked by the staff so nothing is running out of stock. Then we had the afternoon tea, delicious, with a great service. Our waiter was very polite, smiling and professional. Thank you very much to the whole team for this dream day!

We had a wonderful experience at One&Only Royal Mirage. Every staff member was accommodating, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. What stood out most was their proactive approach even when they noticed guests moving their own sunbeds, they would immediately come over to assist without being asked. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, especially during the summer season, such as the complimentary sunglasses cleaning service, free sunscreen, and ice cream treats. The menu selection at Rotisserie was exceptional, with a wide variety of premium-quality dishes that were consistently delicious. I would especially like to commend the outstanding team at the pool area: Buddima, Tarindu, Raditya, Ayoub, and Thisara. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. A special thank you as well to Vanessa at Drift for her warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Overall, a fantastic stay with impeccable service throughout. We look forward to returning.
