One&only One Za'abeel

Had the most wonderful stay at One and Only Z’abeel. The rooms were enormous and very comfortable with every conceivable extra well stocked. Breakfast choices were endless! So spoilt for choice at the buffet and then eggs any which way, pancakes, crepes, waffles etc made to order in front of you. Barista coffee and wellness juices too. Multiple restaurant options also, our favourite being Aelia, where we had outstanding service from Andre, (also at breakfast! What a delightful, professional affable young man) Andalusian, again outstanding service, and Culinara, a dedicated modern multiple “food station” style with every cuisine imaginable. All delicious and large servings. My favourite past time apart from enjoying the multiple restaurants and stores downstairs was the adults only infinity edge pool suspended atop the vertical cross bar connecting the hotel to residential tower next door! It was magical with a breathtaking view. I was able to do laps there at either the 50+meter length of open pool or the 50+meter length of the pool bar area each morning. The pool staff were delightful too. We will definitely be back!

What an incredible experience at One&Only One Za’abeel! This was my first time staying here after a recommendation from a friend — and it turned out to be one of the best choices I’ve made. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The entire team was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, with so much attention to every little detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool is absolutely amazing — the perfect place to relax and enjoy Dubai. A very special thank you to Tareeq, the Front office Manager, who personally made sure our evening was even more memorable and special. That level of care and hospitality really makes a difference. I would highly recommend One&Only One Za’abeel to anyone visiting Dubai, and even to those living nearby looking for a special staycation or experience. Definitely a place I will be coming back to. 5 stars without hesitation!

An exceptional luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel combines elegant surroundings, impeccable service, and outstanding attention to detail. The staff were warm and professional, the room was beautifully appointed, and every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
