Thank you guys for the support and making my stay amazing
My family and I and some friends did the Daydream brunch today. It was well organised with lots of activities for the children throughout the day. It caters for all ages with different play rooms and a cinema room with popcorn! My boy absolutely loved the special guests SpongeBob and Patrick and had the best time dancing with them. It was also a great length for a brunch from 1-5pm. We really enjoyed our day and would love to come back!
It is another lovely experience spending time here with our group. Since we’ve stayed here before, coming back felt familiar and welcoming, and once again, everything was just as good as we remembered. The biryani and nihari were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. A special appreciation goes to Chef Arshad, who made our experience even better with his warm hospitality, friendly nature, and excellent service. His freshly made omelette was simple but honestly one of the highlights of our breakfast. It’s not just the food that brings us back, but the welcoming atmosphere and the people who make you feel at home. Definitely a place we’ll be happy to visit again.👍
Appreciation for Excellent Customer Service
I am currently staying at Oaks Hotel in Ibn buttata mall Dubai , and I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the hotel team.
For more than one month, I had not been able to eat our South Indian traditional matta red rice. I discussed my request with the hotel administration team and the chef, and they kindly understood my concern and arranged the rice for me.
I am truly happy and grateful for their care, understanding, and excellent hospitality. Thank you to the administration team and the chef for going the extra mile to make a guest feel comfortable and valued.
May God bless Oaks Hotel with continued success, more business, and the same excellent service in the future. 🙏❤️
Noyon has consistently provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional behaviour. He is always smart, polite, friendly, and respectful toward customers. His dedication to providing good service is highly appreciated. He is a valuable team member and deserves recognition for his excellent performance.
Had another great experience here with our group. We’ve stayed here before and came back again, and the food never disappoints. The biryani and nihari are outstanding, and Chef Arshad deserves a special mention for his warm hospitality and excellent service. His freshly made omelette is also a must-try! Definitely one of those places you’re happy to come back to. ⭐️
