Novotel World Trade Centre

I recently had stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service I received throughout my time here. A very special thank you to Joem and Gamal from the Front Office. They consistently delivered exceptional customer service from day one. No matter what I needed, they were always ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. All the concern was answered professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They are truly a credit to the hotel. Thank you as well to Kai, Salma, and Farouk for their friendly assistance, and to Pawan from Housekeeping for a superB service every day. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights for me was how quick and smooth the check-in process was, even though I showed up a bit early. The staff were not only professional but also super welcoming and eager to help. My room was immaculate, with a lovely fresh scent, and it had just the right amount of space to make my stay comfortable. I really appreciated the peaceful vibe throughout the hotel, the cozy bed that guaranteed a restful night, and the air conditioning that worked like a charm. A major perk of this hotel is its direct indoor access to the Dubai World Trade Centre exhibition halls, which makes it super convenient for anyone attending events or conferences—no need to step outside! All in all, my experience was wonderful in terms of service, comfort, and cleanliness. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. I would absolutely consider coming back here in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and would like to give special recognition to the hotel check-in team, especially Catherine and Joem, for their outstanding service and hospitality. Even with our room changes and multiple requests since we had several rooms, they remained very patient, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. Their willingness to assist, attention to detail, and positive attitude made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Catherine and Joem, for your kindness and for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Your excellent service truly reflects great hospitality. Highly recommended! 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families with children. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall ambience of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, especially Catherine, Geo, and Mik, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is very kid friendly, with a great play area where children can have fun and stay entertained. My kids also loved the swimming pool and kids' cinema, and they were especially happy with the popcorn, which they said was delicious! Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.
