I had a seafood buffet here and it was a steal! I loved the variety of choices in the cold section, but I was hoping for more seafood and oysters in the main buffet area. Julie was amazing, super accommodating, and always lent a hand. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
I had an amazing stay at Novotel Gold District Dubai. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful and clean hotel to the warm welcome and professional service from all the staff. The food and beverage experience was outstanding. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Every meal was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Mr. Dileepa from the Concierge team. He went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Novotel Gold District Dubai for the excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
The hotel is officially rated as a 4-star property, but based on my experience, its operational standards are closer to a 3-star hotel. Cleanliness was acceptable, but only around 3.5/5. The breakfast offered limited variety and quality, which I would rate 3/5. The biggest disappointment was the bedding and pillows, which were uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with neck and back pain, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the elevator to the basement parking was out of service throughout our stay. Guests were required to use the service elevator, which meant passing by the hotel's trash collection area. This created a poor impression and is not what I would expect from a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star property. Overall, the hotel has room for significant improvement in comfort, maintenance, and guest experience. It could provide a much better level of service to meet the standards it claims to offer.

The food served at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
