I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay especially the breakfast team mirabel, htet,karim and nadia. The service was excellent, and the team made sure that all my needs were taken care of. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! I recently enjoyed a staycation at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach with a friend, and it was the perfect little escape! As an ALL Accor+ Explorer member, we were delighted to be upgraded to the beautiful Royal Palm Suite on the 23rd floor and welcomed with the sweetest surprises. The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the large balcony with its lounge chairs was the perfect place to unwind. We started with lunch at The Talk, which was absolutely delicious, before spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool soaking up the sunshine. The highlight of our stay was definitely dinner at Soul. The Mediterranean cuisine was exceptional, and the interactive dining experience made it even more memorable. The chefs presented each dish at our table and invited us to take part in its preparation—we even got to make our own hummus! It was such a fun, unique experience. A special thank you to Nitin, Roselyn, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and for making us feel so well looked after throughout the evening. Breakfast the next morning was just as wonderful. We chose in-room dining, which was the perfect way to enjoy a slow, relaxing morning. (Note: Guests can also choose from the breakfast buffet or à la carte menu at The Talk, which is a great option to have). From the warm service and fantastic dining to the relaxing atmosphere and unbeatable location, every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return. I’d happily recommend Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach to anyone looking for a memorable staycation or a fantastic place to stay while visiting Dubai!

The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit every taste. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the amazing staff. They always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The reception team is, without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced in any hotel around the world. Their warm welcome, efficiency, and outstanding service made me feel valued throughout my stay.
