The hotel is excellent with high standard facilities. Staff is also very helpful, polite and quick responses to any requests. Especially I like the professional attitude of Sandra, Manish and Niroj who showed me and my mom high respect in breakfast during our travel in Dubai about a month. Thanks to all staff of the hotel. And the engineer Ahmad is also helpful with quick service.
Great spot to stay if you want to do business in Dubai downtown, business Bay or DIFC. Even better spot if you want to explore Dubai Mall from each and every ankle- Amazing location I’m in love! Great value for money. Special thanks to Mayan , Amazing girl from the reception who made my stay unforgettable and special, she had a good knowledge regarding rewards program that I have entered and received a free night that was added up to my stay in here😳👍 I enjoy it a lot! Highly recommend.
This review is mainly for Sandra, who we had the pleasure of seeing almost every morning at the breakfast buffet during our one-month stay. Sandra always had a smile on her face and was full of positive energy. She was constantly running around, making sure everyone in the room was happy, comfortable, and well served. Her energy and genuine care really stood out to us and made our mornings more enjoyable. People like Sandra truly make a difference in a guest’s experience and deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication. Overall, we had a great experience during our month-long stay at the hotel. The rest of the staff were also wonderful, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I spend 20 days in this hotel and I really enjoyed that experience here. The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and their service are very professional especially I had very good experience in their restaurant. Made good friend with Khin, Sandra, and Alisha. They always Ready to help and they always have very good smell and delivery exactly what we want. I will definitely miss this girl and they just made my stay in Dubai a lot more fun. Totally recommend this place!
