The apartment-style rooms are excellent for families, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Abdul, who was extremely respectful, and attentive. He made sure our room was cleaned every day and was always helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families!
had a wonderful breakfast experience at Spices Restaurant, Mövenpick Al Mamzar Hotel. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious dishes, and everything was well prepared and presented. A special thanks to Jissin and Surendra for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They were very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable breakfast experience. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel apartment during our business trip. Mustakim and Das, the housekeepers were very kind, helpful and accommodating, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. We really appreciated their hospitality and support and would be happy to stay here again
I had a pleasant stay at Movenpick Hotel Al Mamzar. The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained and kept clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is calm and quiet, which is great for a relaxing stay. However, the nearest metro station is a bit far, so you may need to use a taxi for transportation. One area that could be improved is housekeeping. While bathroom linens were changed daily, the shower gel and other toiletries were not consistently refilled. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay. This gives positive feedback while clearly mentioning the areas for improvement, which is appropriate for a 4-star rating.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The valet parking and breakfast staff were especially polite, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable. Excellent bed comfort, soft and relaxing for a restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk with Sabina was disappointing. She came across with an unfriendly attitude and was not accommodating or helpful during check-in. The interaction did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard and left a negative impression. Overall, the hotel itself and most of the staff were excellent, but the reception experience needs improvement.
