I really don't know where to start, as I had never been to this resort before. However, my journey began with the reservation team, where I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Shaher. He was patient, provided me with all the information I needed, and went the extra mile by continuously coordinating with his team to accommodate my requests. Thanks to his efforts, my booking was confirmed smoothly. The second part of my journey started when I received a call from Mr. Abdullah from the Customer Service team. He was equally helpful and accommodated all my requests, including my special check-in arrangements. He spoke with great kindness and respect, making me feel genuinely welcome even before arriving at the hotel. The third part of my journey began when I arrived at the hotel, and that was the biggest surprise. I was upgraded to a beautiful Family Suite with a full sea view, and the check-in process took less than five minutes. The stay itself was wonderful, and every member of the staff was welcoming and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Abdullah in person and personally thanked him for the wonderful birthday surprise, including the lovely birthday cake. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Despite the hotel being fully occupied, the service was extraordinary. As a UAE resident who has stayed in many hotels and resorts, I can confidently say that Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Our first visit but definitely will not be our last, fantastic location with picturesque views. Some of the friendliest and accommodating staff and management I have come across not only in the UAE but worldwide. Definitely a hidden gem. Our stay at Hotel Miramar was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The moment we arrived, Sunday welcomed us with the warmest, brightest smile that instantly made us feel at home. A heartfelt thank you to Hisham and Mahmoud from Guest Relations for their exceptional helpfulness and genuine care throughout our stay. Special appreciation goes to Abdelrahman, the animation manager, who truly made our holiday unforgettable—bringing incredible energy to the pool during the day and hosting fantastic evening shows. We also want to thank the pool restaurant team for their dedicated service and for going above and beyond to keep us happy. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful venue with a stunning beach, a nice swimming pool, friendly staff, and genuinely excellent service throughout our stay. The property itself is well maintained and makes for a very relaxing getaway. The only major downside was the music by the pool. The playlist was honestly awful and completely out of place for a hotel of this standard. It felt like a random collection of outdated tracks you’d expect to hear at a three-star resort in Egypt 20 years ago. A more modern, relaxed, and carefully curated playlist would make a huge difference to the overall atmosphere.
