We stayed here for 2 nights with our two children and it exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcome with a room upgrade. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet at night. The children spent hours at the swimming pool, and the breakfast buffet had reasonable options. Truly great stay for us.
We booked a suite at Millennium Place Al Barsha and had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice, clean, modern, and comfortable. The suite came with the added benefits of breakfast, afternoon tea, and laundry, which were really helpful and added good value to the stay. The metro is also not too far away, although you’ll definitely feel the heat if you’re walking there! 😄 Breakfast was fairly basic and is probably the one area that could be improved. There was enough to get you started, but I would have liked to see more variety and better options. A special thank you to Catalina for the daily smoothies. She was always happy to make them, and even added my protein shake to one of them! 😄 That personal touch really made a difference. Overall, a comfortable stay with a nice suite and some thoughtful extras.
I am currently staying at Millennium Place Apartments in Barsha Heights, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I’ve received throughout my stay so far. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team has been friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their consistency and attention to guests make this feel like a home away from home. I would especially like to recognize Akkas from the housekeeping team. He is exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive to even the smallest details. He always makes sure everything is in perfect order and goes out of his way to ensure I am comfortable. His dedication and positive attitude truly stand out. I would also like to thank Elizabeth from the security team. She is always attentive and never hesitates to help, especially when she sees me or any other guest arriving with groceries. Her kindness, initiative, and welcoming attitude make a real difference and are greatly appreciated. The excellent service provided by the entire team has made my stay a very pleasant one, and I have every reason to believe it will continue that way. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend Millennium Place Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team that truly cares about its guests.
I had such a wonderful experience staying here. Yesterday was my birthday, and the team surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake delivered to my apartment. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made my day extra special. The staff are always kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly care about their guests. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality!
Excellent hotel, we are here for the second time and next time we will definitely come here. Good location. Excellent service, despite the current situation and there are not so many people in the hotel, we got a full service. I especially want to say thank you very much to Sharif and Erica. It was very nice to talk to Sharif about Dubai and he was always ready to help in everything.
