I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional service from Manal at the reception. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and she even arranged an upgrade for me, which made my stay even more special.

I never ever stay in the hotel that have a bad service like this before when I went to the pool and I ordered for one drink it took 30 minutes for my drink and then the bartender came and I asked him why it took so long and then he say he was in the meeting and keep me wait 30 minute for one drink after that I went to my room and then I called the housekeeping to request 2 bottles of water for a few call in one and a half hour, but I didn’t receive it until the housekeeping came to make up room and he said apologies. He didn’t check his phone and keep me wait then when I came back to my room again everything already done for the makeup room, but he didn’t give me for the new shower cap and throw the old one. and my boyfriend ordered a flower for me and I need them help to send me the flower to my room. They say cannot. I need to get it by myself at the reception and I need to go down so I feel so bad with their services and however, before I go to check-in, they sent me an email for my special stay in the hotel and then I told them I get a job promote it would be nice if they give me like a small complimentary this request they’re asking me first and then I give them a request but once that I checking in, there is nothing inside my room like they said in the email I didn’t expect anything but they told me that there will do a special thing to make a good memorable, but I didn’t get any good memory from this hotel once and last gonna stay here
Really good room and service. Breakfast was honestly beyond my expectations. It was a full size buffet. Kamesh supervising the breakfast made my day and made an indian style tea for me. This shows how much they care about the customer. Five stars for this. Worth every penny staying here!
Honestly, before my stay I was a bit stressed because I had seen some negative reviews and wasn’t sure how my trip would turn out. But after experiencing it myself, I can confidently say it was totally worth it.
