I recently visited Metropolitan Hotel for an interview. Although there was some confusion regarding the interview information, I would like to highlight a wonderful experience I had with one of your Front Office Assistants. After travelling a long distance and feeling tired and thirsty, I was genuinely touched by his kindness when he offered me water and tissues without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it showed exceptional hospitality, empathy, and professionalism. Employees like him are a true asset to any hotel. Metropolitan Hotel is fortunate to have someone who makes guests feel cared for and welcomed. Please don’t lose him at any cost. He truly deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you to the entire team for having such compassionate and wonderful staff members.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Started from the reception with Usama, he was ever so polite and respectful. Great housekeeping staff. The beautiful Nepali girl who looked after my room was just amazing. Any time I needed anything it was done promptly. Pool staff also very polite. Very comfortable stay and fabulous hospitality. Thank you so much to the entire team of this fabulous hotel. Much love Zareen xx

Very disappointing experience. Despite booking and paying two days in advance, I waited over an hour at reception to receive my room due to poor organization and lack of staff. Our luggage was also removed from the trolley and left elsewhere just to use the trolley for another guest. At night, there was no parking available, and even the valet parking was full. When I asked the manager for a solution, he told me to park anywhere and said the hotel was not responsible. Very unprofessional service and definitely not a hotel experience I would repeat.

Good hospitality….. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great Stay with Minor Improvements Needed I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is also a big advantage, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The only minor downside was that the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, and the Wi-Fi connection in the room could be more stable. However, these were small issues compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a convenient location. I would happily stay here again.
