I had a very nice experience at the hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The housekeeping team is very professional, attentive, and helpful. Excellent Hospitality and Comfortable Stay at Mercure Dubai Internet City I had a wonderful 9-day stay at Mercure Dubai Internet City during my official visit from India. The hotel provided a comfortable stay, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. A special mention to Mr. Anand Singh from Uttarakhand for his outstanding hospitality, friendly nature, and attentive service. His warm approach made the stay even more pleasant. My sincere appreciation also goes to the entire hotel team for their professionalism, courtesy, and support. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend Mercure Dubai Internet City to business travellers visiting Dubai. Looking forward to staying here again!

Our visit was on 17 to 18 October During our recent stay, we booked a two-bedroom suite, and we were very pleased with the spacious layout and overall size of the accommodation. The in-room amenities provided were good, and we appreciated the responsive service from both the housekeeping and room service teams. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the valet team was exceptionally efficient and prompt. The pool facilities were decent, though there is a shortage of lounge chairs available for guests. However, there are several areas that need significant improvement. In both bathrooms, there was no hand soap provided at the sinks, and it was only available in the shower areas. Despite requesting hand soap multiple times, our requests were ignored. There was also an unpleasant and persistent bad odor throughout the corridors and inside our suite. Additionally, strong cooking and restaurant odors were noticeable in the pool area, which affected the ambiance. The reception area lacks sufficient seating and waiting space for guests during busy check-in and check-out periods, which does not reflect the standards of the hotel. Finally, the security deposit process and the wait time required after check-out for the room inspection feel unprofessional and inconvenient. Overall, our experience was mixed, and we hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest stays.
