We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and Mohammad, the buggy driver, made our stay even more enjoyable! He was very polite, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. He always greeted us with a smile and made sure we reached our destinations comfortably and safely. His excellent service and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The pool water was dirty and extremely cold, so the children couldn't enjoy swimming in it. Also, there were no lights outside or behind our villa; it was completely dark. When we informed a staff member, he brought a stand light.
They really ought to check that all the lights are working and the pool water is clean before a guest arrives.
I would never consider staying at this hotel again because it is expensive, and the water temperature wasn't suitable for swimming.
They should install a heater capable of raising the temperature to 38–40 degrees so that both children and adults can swim and enjoy themselves.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, making everything smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We were also delighted when they arranged and accompanied us on a tour of the horses and stables, which was a fantastic experience for both us and our family.

I stayed at the hotel again last week for the second time, and once again, the experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and perfectly organized.
